Email Configuration

Sender Username & Password

To access any account a password is required for safety and security purposes. This option is used to add Sender Password.

SMTP Server & Port No

Bulk Emails require a server to initiate such actions. The server through which the email is sent can be added here. SMTP includes Email service providers like Gmail, Yahoo etc.,

Sender Name & Sender Email

Every Email must consist a name of a person who is sending the mail. With this option the Sender name can be added.

To send bulk email a specific email is required from where the bulk emails will be sent. With this option the Sender email can be added.

Configuration Name & Status

Different Email & SMS configuration can be set to be used for different purposes. The status of the configuration can also be viewed.

SMS Configuration

SMS Url

Every SMS service has a specific URL to access. In this option URL of the SMS service provider can be added.

SMS Sender Id

Every SMS service also has a unique ID. In this option Unique sender ID shared by the SMS service provider can be added.

SMS Username & Password

Username is a login credential shared by the SMS service provider. SMS username shared by the service provider can be entered here.

Password is a login credential shared by the SMS service provider. SMS password shared by the service provider can be entered here.

Template ID (TRAI)

Every content shared over SMS has to receive an approval from TRAI. Entity ID which is given for content approval by TRAI can be entered here.

You can create rules on when Email and SMS campaign should be initiated by employee communication software. You can also view the Rules set to trigger SMS and email communications.

You can call and mentions any data from the database In the Email or SMS content.

In Email, you can add any attachments. This saves a lot of time spent on attaching documents to individual mails.
